Order process

As our storage is located in Peru, all shipments will be sent from there, therefore in holidays and sales season we may need an extra time to process your order, we appreciate you waiting patiently when we inform you about those situation moreover you may track your order status.

The goods ordered by you will be processed from 3-5 business days after the date order.

We will deliver orders from Monday to Fridays on the next business day thereafter the order processed. Bear in mind we do not deliver order in weekends.

How long does it take to the order to arrive?

When the payment has been accept and the order processed, it takes from 20 to 25 business days to arrive to USA and  20 to 40 days for other International shipping, it depends on the country.

Estimated delivery time may vary due to local delivery service schedule and customs offices supervisions.

We shall not be responsible for delays in delivery and the performance of services caused by force major and/or events which render the delivery and performance substantially more difficult or make it impossible.

Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes are not included in our prices or cost of shipping.

Importing our products into your country may incurre customs fee that local Customs policy may notifies and charges at the reception of the delivery.

Customs fees are customer responsibility.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

We are not liable for delays caused by the customs department.
