Return Policy

For hygienic reasons, we don’t accept exchanges however as we expect your experience about our products be fascinating, therefore we want to insure a replacement of the product in case is needed.

Contact us through customer@sirecy.com between 7 days after the product is received. Please be sure to include your full name, order number and  the reason for the request, therefore we may send you some instructions.

Our customer service department usually needs a few days to approve your request .

As we mentioned before the product doesn’t need to be sent back, however the shipping fee of the replacement must be payed by the customer.

We only allow this request for Sirecy products brought through this website (www.sirecy.com / www.sirecylingerie.com)

Contact strictly through mail or account associated to the purchase.

we reserve the right to not accept the refund or replacement.

Incorrect sizing

If you chose the wrong size but you love our product, contact us so we can help you.

Defective items

in case you received a mistaken or defective product, you might inform us as soon as possible through customer@sirecy.com.
In this case you have three options:
A) We send you the right product
we are happy to assume the costs of shipping.

B) Credit in our shopping (plus a gift)

C) Refund request

For any of the mentioned request, please send us the following information:

-Order number

-Name of the item

-Details of the defect

-Contact number

-A picture may be required

Refund

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days after the refund request is received.

If you haven’t received the refund please contact the card-issuing bank for questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Be patient, sometimes it takes a while for the amount appear In your statement.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us immediately, provide us your order number and  inform us the action wanted therefore we may contact you to let you know if there is a possibility to change or cancel your order.

Shipped orders or packed cannot be cancelled or change.

You will get an email notification when the order is shipped.

Product no available

in case the replacement is an unavailable size or out of stock item, we can offer credit on our shopping or refund in case of defective product.

Your happiness is our priority.

Exceptions

Our products on SALE are not elegible for replacement due that item may be out of stock.

We don’t accept over 3 items for replacements per order .

Customised products are not eligible.

Request of items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer may not be refunded or exchanged.

In case of abuse of our policy, we reserve the right to not accept the refund or replacement.
